Your account

Your shop

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Pricing and billing country

Prices for the Service depend on the country where your business is registered and operates (your "billing country"), which you declare when you sign up. You must declare it accurately.

Your billing country cannot be changed from your shop's control panel. If it needs to change, contact our support team or the partner that manages your account, who may ask for evidence of where your business is registered.

If your billing country has been misstated, for example to obtain the prices of another region, we may re-bill your subscription at the correct regional price from the start of the subscription, and may suspend your account until the billing country is corrected.
